Do I need to re-register for the app?
You already have a PicturePeople account? Then you can easily log in with your account in the app. -
How can I sign up for the app?
After downloading the app from the App Store, you can either log in there with your already existing PicturePeople customer account or register a new one. -
What do I receive points for?
You will automatically receive points for every purchase you make on PicturePeople. For every euro spent, you get one point. You can see your rewards in the app.
In addition, you will receive current deals and extra points or rewards for special occasions.*Not valid for purchases via the voucher store.

Where can I find my discount codes in the app?
After clicking on "Redeem" you will receive a promotional code. You can redeem this code during your next online booking in the last order process. As soon as you have redeemed your bonus, you will also find the promotional code in your profile under "Voucher codes". -
When will I receive my points?
You will receive your PicturePeople Points as soon as your photo shoot in the studio is completed and your pictures are ready for download. -
How long do I get points retroactively credited after registration?
After registration you will receive points for all of your appointments that have taken place within the last 7 days.
